Currently flights from England are to Dubrovnic airport (Croatia), which is a one-hour drive from Prcanj. Self drive from the airport to the apartment is very straight forward and buses and taxis are readily available. Flights fro mainland Europe are to Tivat airport which is a fifteen minute drive from Pscanj.
Holiday rentals last summer were predominantly from mainland Europe. Proposed future flights from British airports to Tivat will make Montenegro an increasingly popular choice for British holidaymakers, while remaining a holiday destination for other European tourists. This will also increase the resale value of the apartment, which has been set-up to lend itself to use both as a holiday home and business opportunity. It was advertised for the first time last year on a holiday rental website and had numerous bookings from early April through to September.
Several restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance, and the Old Town of Kotor is only a 10-minute drive away.
