The apartment floor space is 49.2 sq m and comprises 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen/diner and open-plan lounge area as shown below. It is situated on the middle floor of a three-storey/nine apartment block, built in the 1920s in the Venetian style around a central courtyard.

The apartment is furnished to accommodate six people and has sufficient bed linen and towels for three changes during a six-person stay.
